Tribes Promote Pro-Social Acts

"When a person does something for another person - a prosocial act, as it's called - they are rewarded not only by group approval but also by an increase of dopamine and other pleasurable hormones in their blood ... impart(s) a powerful sensation of well-being."

Sebastian Junger, Tribe: On Homecoming and Belonging, 2016.

The Delta offers a tribe for mothers who seek wellness and are committed to making needed and meaningful changes to live a happier and healthier life.

It is a space built by a mom for other moms.

Mothers can go there to learn and practice mindsets and behaviors that lead to healthy changes in their lives. It is a community where mothers can share stories, insights and information about what has worked (or hasn’t) in this journey.

A tribe will ensure that moms have the support and accountability to get and stay well. And, in sharing wellness tools, tips and tricks, she will become a better practitioner and gain meaning by knowing that she has helped other mothers get well.

Life is better when you surround yourself with people who build you up and celebrate the most authentic version of yourself.
